Herewith is your 3rd Quarter Test that must be submitted on or before Dec 31, 1999. Your Project should be submitted on or before Jan 12,2000.
Always bear in mind that what I give to you as take home exams are always counterchecked with written exams so be sure you are the one doing those things so as not to create any confusions on my side and as well as your side.
For your Periodical Test, create a database file structure with the given form. Please see attached form download it and view it on Microsoft Excel.
